The model

Do not walk into a salon as one more product seller

Ordinary distribution ends at the order. The APPRO model starts there.

Conventional distribution

  • Presents products
  • Negotiates prices
  • Closes the order
  • Delivers
  • Waits for the next purchase

The APPRO model

  • Presents a solution for the salon
  • Registers and enables new partners
  • Guides the rollout
  • Follows consumption
  • Supplies and grows the portfolio

The first order opens the relationship. The follow-up builds the recurrence.

How it works

You do not manage orders. You lead a regional operation.

The APPRO intelligence

EVA reads the hair and the protocol comes ready

APPRO's AI agent follows the service from the first look to the home care.

  1. Assesses

Reads the condition of the hair from the service data.

  2. Points to the protocol

Names the treatment and the line that answer that condition.

  3. Points to the home care

Builds the follow-through at home, in combos that already carry a price.

  4. Standardises

The salon starts repeating the same process in every chair.

The professional validates, adjusts and leads the service.

EVA

Over 100 products in the portfolio. EVA points to what answers that hair's condition.

Real transformation

Result with the Pantera Negra line, in professional service.

Results vary with hair condition and professional execution.

You do not just carry products to the salon. You carry the process that decides which treatment to recommend, and why.

The proof in the chair

The result is what connects one appointment to the next

The salon does not sit waiting for the client to come back. EVA closes the appointment and points to the priced home care — and the next visit leaves already booked.

Real before and after of Realinhamento with the Pantera Negra lineBeforeAfter
Real, authorised before and after. Results vary with the condition of the hair, its chemical history and professional execution.

An appointment that ends with a plan has a follow-up. That is how a first order becomes a restock.

Recurrence

Where the revenue of an active salon comes from

Every enabled salon can generate four movements over the life of the relationship.

You buy the products from APPRO and resell them to the partner salon — your revenue is the margin on that sale. On orders the salon places directly through the platform, you earn a commission on your territory's order.

You earn nothing for referring other distributors: there is no network and no referral bonus.

  1. 01

    Salon entry

The purchase that starts the use of the products and the ecosystem.

  2. 02

    Professional use

Restocking what the treatments consume, chair after chair.

  3. 03

    Home care

What the client takes home, chosen during the appointment itself.

  4. 04

    Restock and growth

Following consumption and growing the mix over time.

You grow by bringing new salons into the ecosystem and strengthening the ones you already won.

Recurrence is not automatic. It depends on how much the salons consume and on the Distributor's ability to follow and grow their portfolio.

Structure

You do not operate alone in your region

Brand, system, intelligence and support — to prospect, organise, supply and grow.

Digital menu on the laptop, EVA technical assessment on the tablet and salon locator on the phone
The screens you take into the salon — and the ones you run every day.

Brand and portfolio

Professional line, home care, furniture and equipment — the partner salon fully outfitted, with material ready for every visit.

Genesis Distribuidor

Your whole business in one system: salon orders, your own stock purchases, card payments, team, commissions and the month's result.

ADÃO intelligence

Every day, the list of who to visit — already ranked, with the route built, for you and for each person on your team.

Distribution management

An APPRO manager follows your rollout and sits down with you to review the portfolio.

Training

One full training every month: how to sell, how to present the system and how to master every product you carry.

Content and campaigns

Ready-made pieces to present, activate and keep the salons in your region warm.

The intelligence organises. The team executes. You decide and lead.

The platform

You prospect. And the brand prospects with you.

Not every salon waits for your visit. What APPRO attracts in your region already arrives tied to you — before the first contact.

  1. 01

    The brand attracts

Ads, social and the Partner Salon page bring professionals to APPRO every day.

  2. 02

    The territory recognises it

At sign-up, the salon's address identifies the municipality and the distributor who holds that territory.

  3. 03

    It lands in your portfolio

The salon shows up on your dashboard with the details for the first contact.

  4. 04

    Orders tied to you

It can buy on its own and the order already comes tied to your territory — or ask for a visit so you present and activate it.

SalonDistributor
You, the distributor for the regionSalons the brand brings in

You do not depend on your prospecting alone. The same engine that brings clients to the salon brings salons to you.

How many salons arrive through the platform depends on the brand's reach in each region, and does not replace the Distributor's own prospecting.

Logistics

The physical structure that supplies your region

The order you close at the salon comes out of an operation that is already running: two logistics centres and the company's head office.

Teresina · Piauí

Piauí logistics centre

Teresina · Piauí

Head office, Piauí

The company's head office. This is where the day-to-day support for your operation comes from.

São Paulo

The second distribution centre, with its own stock and checking station.

You do not have to build any of this. What you build in your region is the portfolio of salons.

Anyone can sign up. Not every profile gets in.

Gross revenue potential*

US$ 470,000

per year (USD)

Built on 70 active salons buying four professional products a month, at the prices practised in the United States.

What APPRO looks for

  • You have a commercial profile and want your own business.
  • You know how to prospect and build a relationship with salons.
  • You are willing to visit and follow the region.
  • You can run a portfolio, a team and stock.
  • Your structure fits the region you intend to serve.
  • You can invest in the structure and the opening stock.

*Potential gross revenue scenario, modelled on the United States market. It is not profit, personal income or a performance guarantee. It depends on the region, the active portfolio and execution.

Online meeting: the distribution manager presents the model to the future distributor over a laptop screenLive meeting

Step 03

The presentation is an online meeting with the manager for your region.

It is a conversation, not a fixed offer. The manager walks through the model and the terms for your region, and listens to your plan.

  • How the model works in practice.
  • The terms for the region you want to serve.
  • Your questions, answered on the spot.

The review is not red tape. It is what separates someone who wants to sell product from someone who wants to build a region.

Questions

What is usually still open at this point

The questions the team hears most before someone requests an analysis of their own region.

Does requesting the analysis already make me an Official Distributor?

No. The form only starts the review and guarantees no approval, no region reservation and no exclusivity. You become an Official Distributor after approval and after the contract is signed.

What investment is required?

The investment varies with the size of the region and the opening stock structure. After reviewing your profile, the manager presents the terms that apply to the operation.

Will my region be exclusive?

Distribution may be exclusive or non-exclusive. Availability, boundaries and territory terms are set out in the proposal and in the contract. The form reserves no region and guarantees no exclusivity.

Is the potential of US$ 470,000 a year guaranteed?

No. The figure represents potential gross revenue, not profit, and it is neither a guarantee nor a ceiling. It is a scenario modelled on the United States market: 70 active salons buying four professional products a month at the prices practised there. The result may fall below or above it, depending on the region, the active salons, repeat orders, prospecting and the distributor's management.

Does APPRO hand over a ready-made portfolio of salons?

No. The portfolio is built by the distributor. APPRO also attracts professionals and routes sign-ups by territory, but that flow varies and does not replace regional prospecting.

How does a Partner Salon stay active?

By meeting the criteria of its chosen plan in each 30-day cycle. The distributor follows repeat orders and how the portfolio evolves to keep salons active in the ecosystem.

Does EVA decide the treatment instead of the professional?

No. EVA organises the recorded data, describes the situation observed and suggests protocols and home care products. The professional validates, changes and leads the appointment.

If your question is not here, it fits in the conversation with the manager.

Submitting the request starts the review of profile and region. It does not represent approval, a territory reservation or exclusivity.

Sign-up

Fill in the form and start the review of your region.

The form has three steps: the region you want to cover, your contact details and a read of your commercial profile.

As soon as you send it

  1. The screen tells you what our distribution map holds for your city.
  2. If that territory already has a manager, their contact shows up right there.

Your region

Sending it starts the profile and region review. It is not approval and reserves no territory. Your data follows the Privacy Policy.
